Free Shipping:

  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
  • Free shipping is available to customers within United States.

Delivery Time:

  • Our standard delivery time is 6-10 weekdays under normal circumstances.
  • Please note that during holidays or peak seasons, there may be a delay of an additional 3-5 weekdays due to high volume.

Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product was used, you will be required to send us supporting material to initiate the return & refund process.

To be eligible for a return, first contact our support@redlightblinking.com with your order information. Do not ship back your package without first notifying us, as this could result in no exchange or return being processed.

To be eligible for an exchange, please email support@redlightblinking.com with your order information and details of the issues plaguing the product. Our support staff can then work to troubleshoot and replace as necessary, depending on the availability of replacement items.​

Returns cannot be accepted on items that are damaged, unsanitary, dented, scratched, or torn in any way.

Cancellation 

We accept order cancellation before the product is processed and shipped out to the logistic facility.

If the order is canceled you will get a refund minus 5% transaction fee. We cannot cancel the order if the product has been shipped out as it is already on its way to you.
