    This is a fantastic alternative to those large expensive beds. I do have a membership at a health clinic near me and use one of the larger red light beds that has four light levels three times a week. I wanted something I could use daily in between in my home. This product provided me with an easy alternative for daily use at a much more affordable price. It has two light settings and has helped to enhance my journey to relieving inflammation.
